Yes – all of our products are brand new and come in original manufacturer packaging. If you need a Certificate of Compliance, just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide it.

Returns & Warranty
You may return any item purchased from AES within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be returned in the original box and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns for stock credit must meet these conditions.
Yes, defective products can be returned within 30 days, but they must be in the original box. Our vendors require this for any return or warranty consideration.
Unfortunately, if the product was damaged or made defective due to misuse or improper handling, we are unable to process a return or RMA.
If we have the same item in stock, we’ll send a replacement once the defective breaker is returned. Please include a test report to manufacturer specifications when returning the item. AES will also perform additional testing for validation upon return.
If a credit is approved, please allow up to 30 days for processing.
If you suspect any damage during shipping, you must note “possible damage” on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. This is required for AES to file a claim with the shipper. Claims cannot be accepted without this note.
