Returns
Our Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your order to Absolute Electric Supply within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund (less any restocking fees). Parts that may not be returned include:
- Orders labeled as non-cancellable / non-returnable
- Equipment that has been damaged
- Equipment that was sold new and was used by the purchaser
- Custom work e.g. products that have been customized based on your specifications
(Custom work is defined as any work we do for you based on your particular specifications, where work was performed to change a product based on those specifications.)
A return authorization must be obtained from Absolute Electric Supply within 30 days of receipt of your order by contacting Sales at (832) 761-1115 or email us at sales@aes-supply.com.
This RMA Acknowledgment is an authorization to return material and does not guarantee a credit will be issued. Please only return items listed on this Return Authorization Form. The product must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of approval. This return authorization is no longer valid after 30 calendar days from the day of issuance. Material must be returned in original packaging and new condition. Please print this Return Authorization Form and attach it to your return. Please place the RMA number on all shipping materials including the Bill of Lading and shipping labels. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply, depending on the condition and type of items returned. The restocking percentage is subject to change.
Returns & Warranty
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items to AES within 30 days of receiving them for a refund (minus any restocking fees).
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Orders marked as non-cancellable / non-returnable
- Products that are damaged or used
- Custom work or modified items per your specifications
All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA), which must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Submit your request through our Product Return/Warranty Request Form, and we’ll review it before sending you return instructions.
Returned items must:
- Be in original packaging and new condition
- Be shipped within 30 calendar days of RMA approval
- Include the printed RMA form and RMA number clearly marked on shipping documents
A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply, depending on the item’s condition and type. Restocking fees are subject to change.
Approved refunds (minus applicable restocking and shipping fees) will be issued to the original form of payment, as long as the items are postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Items lost or damaged during return transit are not eligible for refund.
If a product is defective and returned in its original box, and we have a replacement in stock, we’ll ship a replacement right away. Please provide a manufacturer-spec test report with the return. AES will conduct its own inspection upon receipt.
Unfortunately, items damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return or credit.
If there’s any sign of damage when your order arrives, you must note “possible damage” on the delivery receipt. Shippers will not honor claims without this notation, and AES cannot process damage claims without it.
AES guarantees all products shipped from stock, our manufacturers, or fulfillment partners to be free from functional defects for one (1) year. If a product fails within the warranty period, we’ll send a replacement at no cost after return and inspection. Warranty items must be postmarked within the warranty period.
