Shipping
- We provide free UPS Ground shipping for all orders $500 or greater to the lower 48 states. Material shipped to HI or AK will incur additional shipping charges.
- Orders received by 2:30pm PST/4:30pm CST will ship the same day. Â
- We make every effort to ship items that arrive after 2:30pm PST/4:30pm CST, with priority given to expedited shipments, but cannot commit to shipping them out the same day.
- Expedited shipping is paid for by the shipper.
- If an item is too large to ship via UPS, it will be shipped LTL
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping material LTL, however we will provide you a quote prior to shipment.
Returns
Not satisfied with your order? You may return anything purchased from AES within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
