Absolute Electric Supply certifies that every product shipped out of stock, by manufacturers and by fulfillment partners will be free of functional defects for one (1) year. If any part is found with functional defects during the warranty period, Absolute electric supply will send out a replacement item for free. Warranty items must be returned to Absolute electric supply for inspection and must be postmarked within the warranty period.

Absolute Electric Supply is an independent supplier of electrical components and is not an authorized distributor, reseller, or representative of the manufacturers whose products it offers for sale, unless expressly stated. Manufacturer warranties and support do not apply to products sold by Absolute Electric Supply. Any warranty offered is provided solely by Absolute Electric Supply.

Certain products, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), may or may not include firmware. Absolute Electric Supply makes no representation regarding firmware presence, compatibility, or revision level, or your ability or right to obtain or install firmware from the manufacturer or other sources. Absolute Electric Supply does not supply firmware. Customers are responsible for compliance with any applicable license agreements.
